People & Talent

The People team at Moralis Web3 is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent in the Web3 ecosystem. As a member of this team, you'll work closely with our leadership and functional teams to develop and implement HR programs and policies that support our employees' growth and well-being.

Your role as one of the People Team partners will involve hiring, managing payroll, initiating employee engagement initiatives, developing and executing HR policies and processes, facilitating performance reviews, and ensuring legal compliance with local and national labor laws.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in human resources, and would be nice to have experience of working with a start-up or scaling organizations. Having an experience with blockchain technologies is a plus. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
