For us to be able to reach that, continue delivering outstanding results, and grow at the desired pace, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team.

About the role 👩‍💻👨‍💻

As an Engineering Manager your primary responsibility is to the people you support: ensuring that they grow as engineers, do valuable work, and have a great time at Moralis. As a lead for strong engineers, a solid background in software development (Web, Data, Backend) is a must so that you’re able to challenge and strengthen your team members. Some of your key responsibilities are the following:

• Grow the engineers on your team to advance them professionally
• Contribute and lead high-level system architecture discussions and help decide the trajectory of the engineering organization
• Participate as a key stakeholder of OKR planning across the organization
• Help define the engineering culture at Moralis through leadership, mentorship, and programs that promote learning and growth
• Manage a team of high performing and passionate engineers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership across the whole company

• You love developing and growing engineers and have a track record of doing so; you thrive when developing great people, not just great products
• You are knowledgeable and passionate about software development
• You have led complex engineering efforts, and know what it takes to deliver while still having a healthy team
